The SHRM LEARNING SYSTEM® for SHRM-CP? and SHRM-SCP? Certification Preparation The SHRM LEARNING SYSTEM® for SHRM-CP™ and SHRM-SCP™ Certification Preparation is designed primarily for experienced human resources professionals seeking the new SHRM-CP™ and SHRM-SCP™ credentials. This certification preparation course focuses on identifying and testing the knowledge and practical real-life experiences HR professionals around the world need to excel in their careers today. For those who qualify, earning your SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP™) or SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP™) credential establishes you as a recognized expert in the HR field.

The Academy is also open to those not seeking certification, and who will find this course provides a comprehensive and accelerated option for professional development. Participants gain a generalist point of view, refresh key ideas and concepts, strengthen their understanding of core competencies and increase productivity.

Degrees & Certificates

Upon successful completion of the program, graduates will receive a certificate of completion. Program Information

Admission Requirements

Individuals must meet the following requirements for admission:

  • Have earned a high school diploma, GED, or High School Equivalency Certificate.
  • Be a minimum of 18 years old.
Tuition

Total Cost: $1,429 (includes materials)

The total cost includes all course materials, printed as well as online. The fee does not cover registration for the SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP examinations.

Class: 

six-hour Saturday sessions:

March 11 & 25, April 8 & 22, May 6 &20, 9:15 a.m. – 3:45 p.m.

Final Exam:

Thursday, June 1, 2023, 6 p.m. – 8 p.m.

Register by Thursday, February 16, 2023, to avoid a $75 late fee.
