Temple College has announced plans to make emergency aid grants of up to $750 available to students who enroll in fall 2nd 8-week classes. These grants can be applied directly to tuition for fall 2nd 8-week classes.
The Temple College Humanities Series is presenting a panel discussion titled “Enhancing Civil Discourse: Applying the Communication Principles Inherent in Rhetoric, Debate, and Dialogue” on Tuesday, Oct. 26, at 6:30 p.m. in Room 301 of the Newton Science Building. The event is free and open to the public.

The Temple College Biological Research Institute has received a $48,151 research grant from the Texas Parks and Wildlife Department. Temple College Biology Professor Dr. Jason Locklin will use the grant to fund a new zebra mussel research project at Lake Belton and Stillhouse Hollow Lake.
Temple College has received a $2.4 million grant from the U.S. Department of Commerce that will go toward the cost of renovating its Health Sciences Center.
