As a nursing instructor, I am responsible for preparing students to safely care for patients. Successfully doing so requires professional nursing experience, additional training in teaching, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities. I Prepare lesson plans as part of a curriculum, I Lecture in person and/or via live stream. I am responsible for teaching and monitoring student nurses during clinical hours. I demonstrate nursing skills to students, evaluate and coach students, Develop curriculum as part of a team, and I maintain continuing education requirements.

I collaborate in developing and enhancing capabilities across a broad array of infection control measures and health improvement activities. General themes gathered from file reviews will form the basis of coaching and development activities. Reviews are focused on identifying disparities between the standard set out in the model for case management and model expectations. I have a strong working knowledge of all company policies and procedures. Implement and monitor compliance with quarterly Quality Improvement requirements. Establish standardized QI plan processes for QI committees and monitor compliance there. Assure implementation of QI plans and required action/completion of plans.
