Professional Publications

Professor Donahue is the author of over 20 professional articles. He also is the author of two books: “Drawing Battle Lines-The Map Testimony of Custer’s Last Fight” and “Where the Rivers Ran Red - The Indian Fights of George A. Custer.” Both have won numerous awards.

Professional Presentations

Professor Donahue has exhibited artwork in over 50 state, national and international shows.

Awards

Recipient of Temple College’s Claudia and W.T. Barnhart Outstanding Teacher of the Year Award for 1993 and the Minnie Stevens Piper Professorship in 1993.The latter is a statewide competition that chooses 10 outstanding professors from all Texas colleges and universities each year for a $2,500 award.
