Alexander Wojtaszek and Caleb Osburn will graduate from Temple Charter Academy with high school diplomas on Thursday. These two students are also the first two engineering students in Temple Charter Academy’s Engineering PTECH Program to graduate from Temple College.

PTECH, or Pathways in Technology Early College High Schools, is a public education model that focuses on college and career readiness.

Wojtaszek graduated from Temple College with his Associate of Applied Science in Drafting/Design Engineering Technology and Level 1 Certificate in Drafting/Design Engineering Technology. He said he enjoyed stepping outside the classroom and doing the physical work, such as surveying buildings and using the software. He received an Industry Certification in Autodesk Inventor, Autodesk REVIT and NC3 3D Modeling. He said he hopes to obtain a position in the drafting and design field.

Osburn earned his Level I Certificate in Drafting/Design Engineering Technology from Temple College. He said he enjoyed learning new programs, such as Inventor, and plans to continue his education at Temple College in the fall and graduate with an Associate of Applied Science Degree in Drafting/Design Engineering Technology. He hopes to build a career in the field of mechanical engineering.
