Order an official, certified PDF of your transcript. Orders are generally processed within a few business days (Allow additional processing time for high-volume periods). A transcript is an official copy of a student’s academic record showing the student’s academic status at the time it is issued. The official transcript includes the complete academic record of courses taken at Temple College. Copies of other schools’ transcripts are NOT included. Official transcripts are not issued until ALL OUTSTANDING ACCOUNTS with the college are paid. Students should check for current holds prior to ordering transcripts. Please allow additional processing time for legacy records prior to 1990.
Verification of Enrollment/Degree
Enrollment and/or degree verification is the process by which a student’s status at Temple College is verified. Student’s may request verification at a cost of $2.75 per request. Enrollment/degree verification provides proof of enrollment and/or degree for a student’s financial lender, employment, insurance company, good student discounts, scholarship application, jury duty, etc. Requests are processed on a first-come, first-served basis, and usually take 1-3 business days to complete. However, because of a high volume of requests at the start of each semester, verifications can take as long as one week.
Loan deferments are handled through the National Student Clearinghouse (NSC). Please refer your lender to NSC.
Alumni may request a replacement diploma at a cost of $15. Alumni are asked to submit a diploma replacement request through our Parchment Self-Service. Replacement diplomas follow the format of the current Temple College diploma and contain the signatures of the current college officials. Replacement request are generally processed within 1-3 business days (allow additional processing time for high-volume periods).
