What is the Adult Education
Connection?
click here for summaryThe Adult Education Connection is a partnership
of programs through Temple College that focuses on the
adult student. It's purpose is to assist adults in
becoming productive, competent, and adaptable members of
our global and highly technical society. Combined efforts
of family, educators, and community resources are utilized to achieve this purpose.
Workplace education and basic skills present a major challenge across the country. The Adult
Education Connection has designed its programs to meet
the needs of the workforce and the communities which it
serves. The three major steps in your education are:
first, identify your educational needs through
assessment; second, have your assessment evaluated for
specific areas that need improvement; third, address your
deficiencies through a prescriptive study program that
ensures success to attain your goals.
The Connection
