Federal Direct Loan Program (DL)

You must complete the following two steps before you will receive your loan funds:

Step One: Complete your Master Promissory Note (MPN) at:

https://dlenote.ed.gov/empn/index.jsp

Be sure to choose “Complete New MPN for Student Loans.” For assistance call 1-800-557-7394.

Step Two: Complete on-line entrance counseling at:

https://www.dl.ed.gov/borrower/CounselingSessions.do?cmd=initializeContext

You MUST answer 12 of the 15 questions correctly. When you are asked to select a school at the end of the questions make sure you select Temple College.
