e-Cashier

What is e-Cashier?
Temple College now offers an interest free (a set up fee may apply) online payment plan through the use of a program called "e-Cashier" provided by FACTS Management Company. This program allows you to "budget" your tuition and fees for a semester by selecting one of the payment plans* offered.

In order to take advantage of "e-Cashier" you MUST HAVE either an established checking or savings account or a VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS OR DISCOVER CARD.

Students who choose to use FACTS may select installment plans that are spread over several months (depending on the length of the semester). In addition to the variety of choices available, the student also has the convenience of paying online as soon as he or she has registered!

*When you select one of the payment plans offered, you WILL BE assessed a $30 set up fee EACH semester.

If you choose to pay your total amount due each semester, there is NO CHARGE to you for this service!

Accessing e-Cashier
E-Cashier can be accessed by going to TConnect, selecting the For Students link and then clicking on the link to Online Payment.

Logging on to e-Cashier:

Enter your User ID which is your 7-digit Student ID.
Enter your Password which is your birth date in mm/dd/yy format including the slashes.
Select the term for which you are making payment arrangements.
Select Calculate Tuition to continue.

NOTE: You may still pay for classes at the Temple College - Cashier's Office in One College Centre OR you may mail a copy of your My Schedule page printed from your TConnect account along with your payment* to:

*It is your responsibility to make sure that your payment reaches the Cashier's Office BEFORE the deadline posted by the Admissions and Records office!
