TROUBLESHOOTING THE NETWORK CONNECTION
|
If you still cannot connect to TCNET try the following:
Are there any green and/or yellow lights flashing on your network card?
Still not connecting?
Still no flashing lights?
After trying all of the above and you still have no flashing lights on your network card, call 298-8450 and we will have a technician check the network connection to verify that it is active.
|
Temple College does not provide services to setup and configure computers for students and is only responsible for verifying that the network connection to the room is active. |
NOTE: If you have flashing lights on your network card but still cannot connect, you may need to run a virus scan to check for and clean any viruses that might be keeping your computer from connecting to TCNET. See the bottom of the anti-virus information page for assistance with using STINGER to detect and clean viruses!
