Temple College Clinical Simulation Center has received national recognition for innovational clinical health care education as one of the 10 finalists for the prestigious Bellwether Award.

Temple College music students have been named each year to Texas Junior College All-State Choir, All-State Concert Band and All-State Jazz Band.

Temple College Dental Hygiene students have posted a 100 percent pass rate on national, regional and state licensure examinations.

Nursing programs have been cited as Exemplary Programs by the State Board of Nurse Examiners

Temple College management students won top national awards in business management competitive events at this year's International Delta Epsilon Chi (DEX) Career Development Conference including an individual first place and third place in a team event. Three other students were named semifinalists and finalists. TC students are consistent winners at the state competition, capturing more than 25 Texas Sweepstakes Awards for most individual medals.

The Lady Leopards Tennis team won its third consecutive national NJCAA Division II Women's Tennis national title in 2004.

The Temple College Landscape was designated an arboretum in October of 2006, with more than 100 species of trees. In September of 2003 Temple College was certified as an official Texas Wildscape, the largest in Bell County.
