User Name and Password Help

All students must know their user name and password in order to use the computers and online databases on campus and to access the online databases from off campus. This is also the user name and password you would use for TC Webmail. Follow the instructions below.

Your user name is: Your last name (up to15 characters) + the first letter of your first name + last 3 numbers of your Temple College ID number

Example: Kathleen Smith ID# 0001234 (ID number is on your registration sheet under your name)

What she would enter is: smithk234

The user name cannot be changed. Enter letters in lower case only.

Your password is your birthdate entered numerically: mmddyyyy

If you have a single digit month or day, type a zero in front of those single digits.

Example: If you were born on January 3, 1985, you would enter: 01031985

Example: If you were born on December 26, 1983, you would enter: 12261983
