Library Materials Request Form

Temple College students enrolled in distance education classes, along with Taylor, Cameron, and TBI students who would like to request library materials may use this form to send their request to the H.M. Dawson Library. The form is also to be used by any Temple College students submitting interlibrary loan requests. Fill in all applicable information. If you are a Taylor, Cameron, or TBI student and are making a book request from the TC library, please enter the call number of the book in the "other information" box.

When you click on the submit button, your request will be sent. You will receive confirmation that your request was received via e-mail.
