- Ambrose Digital Video
- Ambrose Digital Video provides access to ancient historical topics and BBC Shakespeare plays. Easy to use
streaming video segments can be viewed on or off campus.

- The ebrary collection consists of 18,000 electronic books on
many subjects. Easy to install software is required to take
advantage of the ability to insert notes, highlight passages and
bookmark, among other personalizing features.
- EBSCO eBook Collection
- The EBSCO eBook Collection offers users instant access to ebooks on many subjects including
Computer Science, Nursing, Literature, and History.
- Films on Demand
- From anthropology to world languages and many subjects in between, Films on Demand makes video content available in an
easy to use database. Films from ABC News, NBC News, NOVA, Ken Burns, BBC, Scientific American Frontiers, Modern Marvels, and many other sources
are part of the thousands available in this database.
- Funk
and Wagnalls New Encyclopedia
- For students and adults alike, the Funk &
Wagnalls New World Encyclopedia database indexes over 25,000
records, covering an array of topics. Full text for each record
may be easily accessed by double clicking on the topic from the
display. The database contains various images, offers brief
biographies as well as information in a variety of subject areas.
- The Library of Texas
- The Library of Texas at LibraryofTexas.org is
a new service offered by the Texas State Library and Archives
Commission that is as big and wide as Texas itself. This service
allows users of public, academic, and clinical medicine libraries
to easily discover and retrieve desired information from multiple
library catalogs, databases, and other knowledge collections
without having to use each individual library's interface. At
present, the Library of Texas searches through the catalogs of 63
public libraries, 26 academic libraries, and 40 TexShare
commercial databases.

Premier
- MasterFILE Premier provides full text for
nearly 1,950 general periodicals covering a broad range of
disciplines including general reference, business, education,
health, general science, multi-cultural issues and much more. In
addition to the full text, this database provides indexing and
abstracts for nearly 2,650 titles. This database features: 5,000
full text Magill Book Reviews, nearly 500 full text reference
books including the World Almanac & Book of Facts; full text
from 84,074 biographies, 86,135 full text primary source
documents, American Heritage Dictionary, 4th Edition and an Image
Collection of 188,323 photos, maps and flags.

for students to search by keyword or by topic to find the most
useful search results. Student Research Center contains a variety
of resources including reference works and encyclopedias, primary
source documents, newspapers, magazines, and more.

and Career Collection
- Vocational & Career Collection is
designed for vocational and technical libraries servicing high
schools, community colleges, trade institutions and public
libraries. The collection provides full text coverage for nearly
350 trade and industry related periodicals including American
Machinist, Pediatric Nursing, Wireless Week, Drug Store News,
Video Business, Reeves Journal, Hotel and Motel Management,
Restaurant Business, Advertising Age, and many more.
