Dr. Robert Greenberg has been the EMS Professions Department’s Medical Director since January 2003. He also serves as Medical Director for Scott and White Hospital’s Division of Prehospital Services, Temple Fire and Rescue Department, Harker Heights Fire Department, Belton Fire Department, and Copperas Cove Fire Department. In addition, Dr. Greenberg is the Medical Director for the Physician Referral Network, Nurse on Call, and Telemedicine. Dr. Greenberg received his B.S. from the Northeast Louisiana University in 1983. He received his M.D. from Louisiana State University in 1988 and completed specialty training in emergency medicine through the University of Cincinnati Hospital in 1992. He is board certified by the American Board of Emergency Medicine. You will see Dr. Greenberg frequently during your rotations in the emergency department.
