| Leroy has been in EMS for 20 years as a Paramedic and in the fire service for 20 years. Mr. Vargas serves as a firefighter/paramedic with the Temple Fire Department. He was been involved with EMS Education with Scott & White for 13 years and came with the program when it moved to Temple College. | ||||
