Open your Internet Browser, such as Internet Explorer, and type in http://mail.templejc.edu

Your login is your last name, first initial, then last three digits of
your student ID Example: John Doe, ID 5551212 would be doej212 Your password is your birthday, in MMDDYYYY format Example: Sept. 7, 2004 would be 09072004 |

The various features are fairly straight forward. The Check Mail or Inbox shows mail you have received. Contacts allows you to save friend's addresses, etc. Folders lets you create folder to organize mail you wish to keep. Select
the [] next to an email you wish to move, then use the If you have a lot of message, you may need to scroll through pages, using
the To send an email, choose [New]. |

If you wish to send someone a file, such as a tracking file to your instructor, click on Attachments |

The Attachment list dialog box will open. Choose browse. |

Locate the file you wish to attach. In this case, the floppy disk is selected. |

Once the floppy disk is selected, then the tracking file is selected. To continue, click [Open] |

The Attachment list now shows the file location in the lower left hand box. To attach to your email, choose [Attach]. |

The Attachment list now shows the file is attached. You may [Browse] to attach more files, repeating the steps above, or if finished, choose [Close] |

Back at the compose window, you now see the file is attached. Add any messages you wish to include, add your name, then click [Send]. |
