Using TConnect

TConnect provides access to your student records including things such as grades, unofficial transcripts, financial aid awards, testing summaries, registering and dropping classes, etc.

New Users

Go to www.templejc.edu and Click on TConnect
Scroll to the bottom of the Page and click on I'm New to WebAdvisor

Enter your last name and Social Security Number or Student ID and click Submit
Your User ID will display.
Your User ID takes the form of
last name, first initial and last 3 numbers of your Student ID
- User name example:
  Nora Jones ID #0020243 = jonesn243
  This username will be needed to access all campus computer resources.
Click Log In
Enter your User ID
Enter your birth date as your password in mmddyy format
- Password example:
  January 1, 1985 = 010185
The first time you log in to TConnect, you will receive a prompt saying your password has expired. You will need to enter a new password, which must be between 6 and 9 characters, including numbers and characters.
Your new password MUST be completely different than your username, name, or former password.
Later, if you forget the new password, click the link at the bottom of the page labeled What's My Password?

New to WebAdvisor

Follow these four steps to log in for the first time.

1. Get your user ID
2. Reset your password
3. Check your e-mail to receive your password.
4. Log in

Click OK to proceed to step 1

Log In

Enter your User ID and password, then choose submit.

The User ID consists of your last name + first initial + the last three numbers of your Student ID

User name example:
Nora Jones ID #0020243 = jonesn243
