Ms. Langthorn has been teaching dance for over 20 years, having taught Classical Ballet, Modern Dance and Traditional Jazz dance as an Assistant professor at Cameron University in Oklahoma for five years. She has also taught undergraduate non-majors classes for SMU and master classes for Dallas Ballet.

As a performer she was in the Broadway, National and International companies of A Chorus Line in the roles of Judy and Val and also performed at the White house for Ronald Reagan. Additionally, she was on the Jerry Lewis telethon and in numerous stock productions and commercials as a dancer, singer, and actress.

She has been teaching in Temple for over 10 years and has worked extensively as a choreographer for Temple High school, Temple Civic Theatre, and Mary Hardin Baylor productions including the successful Temple High school production of Seussical the Musical.

Ms. Langthorn has a BFA and MFA in Dance from SMU and is currently teaching Ballet and Jazz courses for Temple college.
