Briefly describe the main religious and cultural issues in the region of South Asia (India through Pakistan (don’t forget border with Afghanistan.)) Give very specific answer addressing how these areas are different and where the trouble could lead.

What is unique about the government of Bhutan? How does it handle its relationships with the rest of the world? (You will have to use the web sites for this answer.) (short answer)

How does India fit into the world economy? What is its historic, economic background? Where is it heading? (use the online, web resources about “outsourcing.”) What explains India’s growing sense of confidence? (Heads-up- VERY IMPORTANT QUESTION.)
