Zero Week
August 20-24, 2012
Get Ready to Succeed! what is zero-week?
Feeling overwhelmed or apprehensive about
college? Take this extra week to get prepared
for the semester ahead. Zero-Week (0-Week) is
the week following registration and prior to the
first week of classes. The activities and programs
are designed to help transfer students become
acquainted with this campus and to assist first-time freshmen in making a successful transition to
college life, and give returning students the information they need in order to take the next step.
Take this week as an opportunity to familiarize
yourself with your courses, complete any
outstanding paperwork, and prepare your family
for life changes that may occur with your schedule.
