Dr. Jennifer Graham, Executive Director, began her service with the Foundation in January of 2010. She has been in public education for 21 years as a teacher and administrator. She served as the Senior Principal at Temple High, and the Principal at Wheatley, but left Thornton Elementary to come to the Foundation. She completed a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of San Diego, a Master of Arts in Education from the University of Phoenix, and a PhD from Bernelli University. Her focus of study has been on Higher Education Policy and Leadership in inner city and third world countries. She holds state certification in Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, Special Education, English as a Second Language, and as a Principal. Jennifer is enthusiastic about her mission at the Foundation because it allows her to provide new opportunities for students to pursue their education and give back to the community that supported them.

Sherie Garrett came to the Foundation in 2001. She had previously served in the Community Education office of Temple College. Sherie has over 23 years experience in the education field. She has held positions with Texas A&M-Commerce (formerly East Texas State University), Odessa College, Texas State University (formerly Southwest Texas State University), Angelina College, Weslaco I.S.D. and Texarkana I.S.D. While at Texas State University, Sherie was Secretary to the Development Officer with offices located in the historical Alumni House. She has also held positions in the corporate world, but she says, "I came back to community college because that is where my heart is." She says she is excited to be a part of the Foundation.

Andres Olalde began work at the Foundation as a student at Temple College. He has been with the Foundation since 2007 and enjoys his position because, “These aren’t just my co-workers they are more like my second family and because of that we make a great team.” He continues to take classes while he works full time managing the daily affairs of the Foundation Office.
